    Does anyone know if it's possible to export to tape with Premiere and have the timecode on screen with the exported footage?

    Matt,

    Sorry, but I've never been able to do it. The nearest I got was downloading a timecode clip (2 hours) but that didn't work either.

    the only packages on the PC that i've come across that do BITC are After Effects and Vegas Video.

    BITC has long been a glaring omission from Premiere on the PC. frankly, i'm surprised no one's written a plugin for it yet.
